I ordered my usual vaneli size of 9 1/2 wide and it slipped in the heel and was too big. Unfortunately Zappos is out of medium width so will have to return. The shoe seems like it would be very comfortable if you can figure out your right size and it’s beautiful.

Such pretty shoes…SOOOO small and narrow. Order 1/2 size up. Wish they were better in stock

The shoes are nice. I usually wear 7.5 which I ordered but was too narrow. I tried the 7.5 wide and the heal was too big. These are going back.

Surprisingly, I couldn’t even get my foot into the shoe. My foot got about half way there, but when trying to slip the shoe around my heel, it was far too small. I ordered and received my normal size, and I ordered several other pairs of similar style shoes but of different brands, and they fit. Sadly this was my favorite looking pair in the order, but they have to go back.

Unfortunately, these shoes are a little to narrow for me even though I ordered width W. I need to wear them with orthopedic insoles and know that it is difficult to find shoes that fit.
