It is a beautiful shoe. I did order in a size 9 which what I normally wear. Unfortunately, I need more arch support and I could not find an insert which could possibly work for me. I

Very cute shoe, but way too much heel slippage for my 11N feet. Also, do not have a very supportive footbed. I need cush! Gotta return. Thanks, Zappos, for being great to work with.

I am usually somewhere between a 7.5 and an 8 and now took the 7. It is great that they come in wide width! They were actually pretty comfortable to wear the whole day!

I have medium width feet and these were tight on the toes and loose in the heel causing it to rub. I ordered my usual size and the length was good.

Shoes arrived in poly plastic bag and the show box was completely soaking wet and destroyed on the inside. If people are paying high price for a product don’t ship it if it’s in a crapy condition. What is going on with Zappos distribution center? It used to not be like this.

Product packed poorly! Definitely was thrown in box and someone had worn already! Shame on you Zappos! I have been a customer for well over a decade and never had so much problems with products as I have in the last month. This will probably be the last order with Zappos for me. This makes 3 orders this month that was packed in poor condition!
