Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • In the original packaging with all accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sandals that show signs of wear
  • Sneakers & Athletic Shoes with visible dirt or wear marks
  • Any footwear without its original packaging

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return shipping label (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely and ship to:

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchange Process

For size exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new pair as soon as we process your return
  • If the new size isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund or store credit
  • No additional shipping fees for exchanges (standard shipping only)

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Refunds will be in USD and may vary based on exchange rates
